EAP For Employees

Employee Assistance Program Services for Employees

The confidential services of EAP include evaluations, counseling and crisis response services, and referrals to outside resources. We provide help for:

  • Parenting and family issues
  • Stress management
  • Grief or loss
  • Alcohol or drug abuse
  • Marital and relationship issues
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Workplace conflict
  • Behavioral and emotional concerns

Our initial assessments and short-tem counseling are free for employees. EAP can also provide information and referrals to community resources for legal and financial concerns, childcare and eldercare needs, as well as self-improvement.

How It Works

All it takes is a simple and confidential phone call to get connected with one of our professional counselors. Counselors can meet with employees face-to-face to talk with them about their needs and concerns. The counselor will help them understand their personal issue and identify what they need to get better. When additional help is needed, such as behavioral health services, counselors can assist with referrals. In addition to individual counseling, EAP can also provide services for supervisors and managers such as:

  • Formal referrals
  • Critical incident report
  • Onsite support services and trainings
  • Orientations and program awareness
