Job Shadowing

ThedaCare offers a four hour or less job shadow experience to individuals that are interested in various healthcare career fields.  Job Shadows may take up to three weeks to arrange from the time the completed application is received.  The following criteria need to be met to be considered for a job shadow experience.

As part of your application, we will require proof of the following immunizations for the safety of our patients:

Mumps

Measles

Rubella　

Your family doctor's office should have immunization records. As part of your application you will also be required to sign a confidentiality form stating that everything you will see must be in strict confidentiality for the privacy of our patient.

High School Juniors and Seniors:  In order to be eligible for a job shadow at ThedaCare you must attend a Fox Valley Health Care Alliance Career Experience Event.  Learn more or sign up for one of these events.

College and Other:  Please complete the application (below) and send it with your Immunization record to the address listed on the application.
