Eligibility
High school juniors and seniors, college students and other adults are eligible to job shadow with us.

Required Immunizations
For the safety of our patients, we will require proof of:
- MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) vaccination
- Varicella vaccination
- Hepatitis B vaccination
- Mantoux tuberculosis (TB) skin test
Your family doctor’s office should be able to provide immunization records.
Confidentiality
Job shadow candidates will also be required to sign a confidentiality form stating that everything you will see must be held in strict confidentiality for the privacy of our patients.
High School Students: A Special Note
To be eligible to job shadow with ThedaCare, high school juniors and seniors must attend a Fox Valley Health Care Alliance Career Experience Event. Learn more or sign up for one of these events.
