As a mother of three, I understand that each of your children is unique. I try to be sensitive to that uniqueness as I teach you and your kids how to be healthy at every stage of development, from infancy to adolescence. With your help, I encourage your children develop healthy habits for a lifetime. I try to do the same for my own kids, too, setting a good example by running to stay fit. My husband and I also enjoy cooking, travel and family time.
