My approach to mental health treatment is holistic – one that considers how physical, emotional and spiritual aspects are impacting your overall well-being. I use a variety of therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I especially enjoy helping people overcome past hurts or traumas that are affecting their present-day functioning. I would describe my personality as compassionate and supportive.
