Our History
The Wolf River Area Healthcare Foundation was established in 2003 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. As the philanthropic arm of the New London Family Medical Center, it’s our mission to improve the health of our rural communities by raising funds that ensure the facility has state-of-the-art equipment, services, and education.

Our Community
Founded more than 80 years ago, New London Family Medical Center offers services to people throughout Wisconsin’s Wolf River region, including residents of Bear Creek, Clintonville, Dale, Fremont, Hortonville, Manawa, Marion, Medina, New London, Readfield, Shiocton, and Weyauwega, along with others in Outagamie and Waupaca counties.

Built by the community both financially and physically, the hospital is an invaluable resource to the people it serves, who might otherwise have to drive almost an hour to get medical care. The facility provides emergency, acute, elder, and maternity care, in addition to cancer treatment. There’s also a helipad for the ThedaStar helicopter, which can quickly transport patients in need of more specialized care.
