Supporting and improving the health of our community is always our first priority. ThedaCare provides small financial donations to programs and projects within our communities.
To apply for funding, your request must:
• Support ThedaCare’s mission and values
• Benefit communities served by ThedaCare
• Benefit a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
Your request must NOT be for:
• The sole benefit of an individual
• Political organizations or campaign committees
• Religious organizations (for strictly religious purposes)
• Controversial organizations in potential conflict with ThedaCare’s mission and image
• Capital
• A state or national campaign
