Medical Expert to Discuss How to Manage Symptoms, Hormonal Changes

Is it starting to feel like your hormones are controlling your life?

Chris Danz, APNP, of Women’s Care of Wisconsin, will discuss ways to cope with all of the joys of menopause, including: fatigue, anxiety, hot flashes, sleep disturbances, night sweats, decreased sex drive, mood swings and weight gain. She will lead a free community presentation, “Making the Most of Menopause.”

The free one-hour session begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tues., March 20, in the Ironwood Room at Appleton Medical Center.
