Theresa Moore to Guide ThedaCare System’s Labs

Theresa Moore is ThedaCare’s new director of laboratory services.

Moore joined ThedaCare in 2006 as a facilitator for the ThedaCare Improvement System, the healthcare system’s continuous improvement program. As a facilitator, she worked on Collaborative Care, human development issues, and lab, surgery and inpatient unit projects. Since 2009, Moore has overseen the Appleton Medical Center, Theda Clark Medical Center and ThedaCare Laboratories.

Before joining ThedaCare, Moore held numerous plant and quality management positions for several manufacturers, including Presto Products, General Electric, Polyone Corp. and James River Corp.

Moore has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, N.Y., and a master’s degree in business administration from Brenau University in Gainesville, Ga. She also has a lead lean certificate from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
