Trained as a nurse and therapist, Lydia specializes in marital, family and health issues using a strength-based approach that focuses on each patient’s personal abilities. She earned her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and completed her master’s degree in therapy from UW-Stout. Lydia is a certified tobacco cessation specialist, has certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and has experience assisting patients with weight management issues.
