Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) is designed to prevent and reverse the effects of diabetes, obesity, hypertension and high cholesterol. The CHIP program is a series of 16, two-hour classes in a combination lecture and workshop format. The program includes a before and after health assessment for total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, fasting blood sugar, blood pressure and weight, a textbook, workbook, and food samples.
