This memory enhancement program, held each Wednesday from 9-11 a.m. at RMC’s Maasch Education Center, is designed for people with mild memory loss. The class is ongoing, and participants are encouraged to attend as many sessions as they like. There is a $5 fee per class.
Each class features stimulating activities, intellectual exercises, and tai chi or other gentle exercises. The goal is to help people who are experiencing memory impairment make a positive impact in their lives, offering education, support and engaging activities that promote brain health. The classes are designed to be fun, relaxed and social.
