Welcome to The Center for Rehabilitation Services, a hospital based rehabilitation program within Theda Clark Medical Center.
The Center for Rehabilitation Services can provide an effective hospital-based rehabilitation program for patients needing rehabilitation from injuries or recovering from a medical condition if they:
1) Are medically stable
2) Are able to participate in an aggressive therapy program (minimum of 3 hours per day)
3) Need the specialized, coordinated medical services of an inpatient program.

Our Philosophy
The Center for Rehabilitation Services believes in a team approach to care. Team members from many healthcare disciplines, together with the patient and the family, combine efforts to provide compassionate and effective rehabilitative care. The patient and their family are at all times the focus of the program, actively and directly participating as partners with the healthcare team. As a team, we work together to design and set up extensive goal-oriented treatment and discharge plans to ensure a smooth return to home, work, and community life.
