ThedaCare employees make a positive impact on the health of our communities through volunteerism. Recognizing the importance volunteerism plays in creating strong, healthy communities, ThedaCare has created Helping Hearts a recognition and reward program for employees who volunteer. Employees can earn financial donations from ThedaCare to the charity of their choice to support their volunteer efforts.
