Our Community
Heritage Woods is a beautiful, handicapped accessible first floor facility. It rests on 34 picturesque acres complete with walking trails and benches. Our housekeeping, dietary, maintenance and nursing professionals see to your needs and desires while encouraging your independence and personal interests. Our friendly residents and caring staff make Heritage Woods feel just like home.
Decorating your new home with your own unique touches will quickly change your spacious new apartment into your own home. You have the option of a one or two bedroom apartment or an efficiency apartment. Each apartment has plenty of living space and a full, private bathroom. Our community kitchen and dining room, as well as our living room, complete with fireplace, also add to our homelike atmosphere. Our warm surroundings, welcoming residents and caring staff will quickly make you feel at home at Heritage Woods.
Cooking, cleaning, house maintenance… all that and so much more is taken care of for you at Heritage Woods assisted living community, giving you more time to do the things you enjoy like crafts, baking and spending time with family and friends.
We provide you with personal assistance including medication and individual care in helping you get ready in the morning and tucked in at night. We also prepare three home-cooked meals a day plus snacks.
We are staffed 24 hours a day to ensure your safety at all times. Our staff is trained to provide you with as much care as needed while promoting your individual independence in as many ways as possible.
Our professional staff monitor our resident’s wellness on a regular basis. Once a week each resident’s blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature and respiration is measured, recorded and compared to past measures.
Residents with chronic conditions have their vitals measured three times a week. Our consistent monitoring enables us to note any changes in each resident’s health as well as prevent potential medical conditions if possible.

Activities at Heritage Woods are designed around our resident’s interests, hobbies and talents including:

From Hwy. 441: exit on Hwy. 47/Appleton Road. Turn North on Appleton Road. At intersection of Appleton Road and Valley Road, turn right onto Valley Road. Follow Valley Road until you see Heritage Woods Drive, turn left. Follow Heritage Woods signs to main entrance.
