Several scholarship programs are available to students interested in pursuing a career in health care.
The Appleton Medical Center Volunteers offer one scholarship a year to a student from Outagamie County who is pursuing a post-secondary education in the healthcare field at a school within the state of WI. Applicants need not be a volunteer at AMC nor a student of an employee. Applications are sent to the schools in January.
Theda Clark Auxiliary offers three scholarship opportunities each year: one to a student from each of three area high schools - Menasha High School, Neenah High School and St. Mary Central High School. Applicants need not be a volunteer or student of an employee. The main requirement is for the student to pursue a post-secondary education in the health care field at a school within the state of WI. Applications are sent to the schools in February.
