ThedaCare Pastoral Care's mission is to provide spiritual support as a significant component of holistic care. The patient's own clergy are considered part of the health care team and are invited to offer spiritual guidance and support.
Hospital and hospice chaplains are available for individual follow-up or referrals for patients and families who want pastoral support during and following a medical crisis or death.
Sacramental ministries are offered according to request. In addition, Catholic priests and clergy of a number of denominations from local churches are available to offer assistance to patients and families.
