Our Community
Our Hospice at Cherry Meadows, located within Peabody Manor is a beautiful and distinctive community-based 10-bed residence. All rooms are private and in a peaceful homelike setting. Family-centered care is provided by the hospice team, providing visiting facilities in an attached room.
We provide hospice care where you are most comfortable within our facility or beyond. Besides our hospice at Cherry Meadows, we provide hospice care in your home, hospital, nursing or assisted living facility.

Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is caring for mind, body and spirit for the patient, as well as supporting the patient's loved ones, during this time of life.
Family Involvement
We often find that loved ones want to be involved in planning or care. If family or friends wish for this, we encourage their participation to the level of their comfort. Often, we find that families and friends become part of the care team for that hospice patient. We welcome family any time with 24 hour/day visiting. Financial Assistance
Hospice is a benefit of Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance. As an added service ThedaCare At Home's reimbursement specialist will research your benefit coverage and counsel you and your family regarding costs not covered within your benefit plan or by your payor.
