As an employer, by partnering with ThedaCare At Work, you have access to a number of tools to promote a healthier workforce and workplace for employers, employees, and families.
In addition to the counseling and Information/Referral services our Employee Assistance Program provides to employees, there are many tools available to the employer as well. These tools include policy consultation, formal referrals, Critical Incident Stress Management, phone consultation regarding work performance issues, mediation, dismissal meetings, return to work transition and corporate education.
ThedaCare At Work also has a wide variety of Occupational Health services that assist employers in maintaining a healthier workplace. Services include: pre-employment drug screening and physicals, post-accident and reasonable suspicion drug screening, DOT random pool coordination, injury treatment, immunizations, travel medicine and more.
Also available are a wide variety of On-Site Services provided by our traveling team. Most of our services performed in the clinic can be done at the workplace, as well saving the company time and money.
