mythedacare is a secure internet connection, which provides you access to your personal medical record. With mythedacare you can:

• Review a summary of previous appointments
• Review lab results from most standard tests
• View a list of your prescriptions and request renewals online
• Email your physician with non-urgent medical questions
• View a health status summary
• View your health reminders
