Theda Clark School of Radiologic Technology

Theda Clark's School of Radiologic Technology is an accredited, 2-year program, offering classes in Neenah, WI, right next to Theda Clark Medical Center. It is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology.

Program highlights include clinical education rotations through multiple clinical sites specializing in pediatrics, trauma, oncology, cardiology, and orthopedics. Academic courses include anatomy, physiology, radiation physics, principles of imaging, ethics, and others.

Students spend a considerable amount of time developing clinical skills while working with patients and qualified Registered Radiological Technologists.

Graduates test to become certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).  Passing the ARRT exam gives the graduate the title and license of a Registered Radiological Technologist.

Graduates also have the option to complete higher education and transfer credits to affiliate colleges to earn their associate degree or bachelor degree if desired.  See Program Director for affiliate colleges.

Specialty rotations include Special Procedures, MRI, Mammography, and Surgery. Students will also complete a 12 week semester course on computed tomography taught by board certified CT Technologists.
