The Fox Cities Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center offering primary care, woman's health, and specialty care to uninsured and under insured residents living in Calumet, Outagamie and Winnebago counties.
Services include: basic primary health, prenatal care, chronic disease management, and dental and mental health links, as well as social support services at the Fox Cities Community Health Center and Emergency Shelter of the Fox Valley.
Residents served are: low income, uninsured, cultural, homeless, and rural populations. Expansion of the center has created employment opportunities as listed below. Employees of the Fox Cities Community Health Center are not ThedaCare employees.
Open Positions:
- Medical Assistant - seeking Medical Assistant to support community health center clinical staff. Medical Assistant certification and experience required. Ability to speak Spanish a plus. Full time position. African American and Hmong candidates are encouraged to apply.
