These are estimated flight times for ThedaStar from Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah to multiple locations within the Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. These times are estimates of the times from lift-off to arrival. They do not include pre-flight activities such as the crew getting to the aircraft, pre-flight safety checks, aircraft start-up/warm-up and occasionally retrieval of special equipment.
Our average response time (time call is received to lift-off) is 5-7 minutes. Please remember that weather can affect our flight times. Winds can either slow us down or enhance our speed. If we have a head wind (wind blowing against us) we will be slowed by a factor related to the speed of the wind. If we have a tail wind (wind blowing with us) we will be faster by a factor related to the speed of the wind. We will always call you, after we lift off, with an estimated time of arrival.
