Pat Hawley Resigns for Post at Alta Resources
Tim Olson, recently named vice president of finance for Appleton Medical Center and Theda Clark Medical Center, will become chief financial officer (CFO) of ThedaCare effective March 31.
Olson succeeds Pat Hawley, who has resigned to join Neenah-based Alta Resources. Hawley joined ThedaCare in 1989 as vice president of finance for Appleton Medical Center. He became chief financial officer of what was then Novus Health Group, now ThedaCare, in 1992. Hawley will remain with ThedaCare through March 30, 2007, to assist with the transition.

Olson, 36, joined ThedaCare in June 2000 as controller for Touchpoint Health Plan. He also served as Touchpoint’s chief financial officer during its transition to United HealthCare. He was named vice president of finance for Appleton Medical Center and Theda Clark Medical Center in January.
Olson holds both bachelors and masters degrees in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. He is a native of Winneconne and lives in Appleton with his wife, Jenni, and their children, 7-year old Abby and 5-year old Zach.
A search is underway for a new vice president of finance for Appleton Medical Center and Theda Clark Medical Center.
