Benefits of Lifeline

Feel confident in your ability to get emergency help, even if you can’t reach a phone.

Lifeline provides a small, waterproof medical alarm that you wear as a pendant or on your wrist like a watch.

Simply push the button and a trained Personal Response Associate will respond, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A small in-home communication unit acts like a speaker phone to allow you to communicate with the associate even if you can’t reach your phone.

Depending on the situation, the associate will contact a family member, neighbor, or emergency services to get you the help you need. As added protection, Lifeline offers an AutoAlert button that automatically places a call for help if it senses you have fallen.

Who We Serve

You can subscribe to ThedaCare’s Lifeline services if you live in the Wisconsin counties of Outagamie, Winnebago, Calumet, Shawano, or Waupaca, as well as parts of Brown County. You do not need to be part of the ThedaCare healthcare system to be a subscriber.

Payment Information

Lifeline services cost about a dollar a day. There is also a one-time activation fee. There is no minimum monthly commitment, so you can end the service at any time without penalty. Lifeline services are generally not covered by insurance.
