Volunteers

Find out how you can become a ThedaCare volunteer and brighten the experience of our patients, visitors and team members.

We Love Our Community

Each year, we are privileged to have several hundred community volunteers brighten the health care experience of our patients, visitors and team members by providing thousands of hours of service throughout the ThedaCare network.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer opportunities are available throughout ThedaCare, including the hospitals, Regional Cancer Center, Encircle Health and with each of our hospice programs. Please contact the volunteer specialist in your community to learn more about current volunteer roles.

I realized the value of hospice when my husband was in his last days on earth – over 16 years ago. That led me to train for the hospice volunteer program. It’s hard to even explain how rewarding this experience has been. For the most part, the folks I have served have uplifted and blessed me.

Volunteering has allowed me to meet special people I would have otherwise never known. I enjoy visiting with hospice patients, and I aim to be a bright spot in their day. It is truly rewarding to have someone tell you how much they appreciate your visits.
