Even if you have never exercised in your whole life, ThedaCare’s diabetes educators can help you choose a fitness routine that works for you.

In addition to meeting with diabetes specialists, ThedaCare patients who are diagnosed with prediabetes can participate in our 3-month exercise program through the YMCA.
