Every patient room has plenty of space for their loved ones to spend time with them. There are also family areas where visitors can relax, watch television or access the internet.
Visiting Hours and Policies
Your visitors play a big part in your recovery, and they are welcome at ThedaCare Medical Center - New London. After 8 p.m., visitors should use the emergency room entrance. For the health and safety of all our patients, please consider visiting another time if you have a cold, flu or sore throat. If you must visit, ask for a mask to wear while you’re in the hospital. Some other things to keep in mind:
- ThedaCare Medical Center - New London is smoke-free.
- Due to latex allergies, only Mylar balloons are permitted in patient areas.
- Cell phones may interfere with patient equipment and rest. Please minimize cell phone use in the hospital.
Patients and visitors can order from our à la carte menu throughout the day. Lunch is served 11:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Vending machines are located throughout the hospital for your convenience.
Our gift shop has just the thing to brighten someone’s day. Open weekdays 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. next to the clinic entrance.
