A warm, personal space helps your spirit and body feel better and speeds your recovery. At ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah, you’ll find a quiet, supportive environment that welcomes you and your visitors.
Every patient has a private room with plenty of space for their loved ones to spend time with them. There are also family areas where visitors can relax, watch television or use one of the hospital’s computers. We have Wi-Fi access throughout the hospital.
Visiting Hours and Policies
Your visitors play a big part in your recovery, and they are welcome at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah. Hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., but talk to your care team if you have special needs. For the health and safety of all our patients, please consider visiting another time if you have a cold, flu or sore throat. If you must visit, ask for a mask to wear while you’re in the hospital. Some other things to keep in mind:
- The ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah campus is smoke-free.
- Due to latex allergies, only Mylar balloons are permitted in patient areas.
- Cell phones may interfere with patient equipment and rest. Please don’t use cell phones in the hospital.
No "hospital food" here! Under the guidance of an executive chef, our staff expertly prepares fresh, nourishing entrees that will satisfy everyone’s taste buds. Open daily 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m View our menu of delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner entrees for April 24-28th and May 1-5th.
From flowers to baby items to home décor, our gift shop has just the thing to brighten someone’s day. Open weekdays 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. We are closed Sundays. Would you like to place an order over the phone for delivery to one of our patients? Just call (920) 729-3014.
Looking for a quick cup of coffee or a snack? Open weekdays 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

We offer you a quiet place for reflection and meditation and a professional staff to support you or complement your own clergy. Your care team can put you in touch with Pastoral Care during your stay.
