Medical Expert to Discuss Options for Treating Foot Pain
Achy feet can take a toll on the whole body, making even leisurely walks too painful to enjoy.
People can overcome foot pain and restore the spring to their steps. Theresa Schinke, DPM, of Northeast Wisconsin Foot and Ankle Associates, will share solutions for managing pain and symptoms – from non-invasive to surgical – in a free presentation called, “These Feet Were Made for Walkin’.”
Dr. Schinke will also show attendees how they can get back on their feet more comfortably while re-introducing favorite activities back into their daily life. The session begins at 6:30 p.m. on Mon., March 19, in the Ironwood Room at Appleton Medical Center.
To register for this free presentation, people can visit www.thedacare.org or call ThedaCare On Call at (920) 830-6877 or (800) 236-2236 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Each person must register separately.
