Expectant parents who have questions about caring for a newborn can alleviate their concerns by attending the free ThedaCare community presentation, “Does This Baby Come with a Handbook?”, led by Joshua Block, MD, with ThedaCare Physicians in Darboy.
The free educational program begins at 6:30 p.m. on Wed., Aug. 12, in the Ironwood Room at Appleton Medical Center.
Expecting parents can join Dr. Block as he offers insights and answers to common questions and concerns in the first months with a newborn. Topics include: baby care, feeding and first visits with the doctor, as well as what to expect, when to worry, when to react and when to relax. A meet and greet opportunity with Dr. Block will follow the informational session.
To register for this free presentation, visit www.thedacare.org or call ThedaCare On Call at (920) 830-6877 or (800) 236-2236 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Each person must register separately.
