Newborn Care is Topic of Free Program

Family Physician to Discuss Common Questions, Concerns

Expectant parents who have questions about caring for a newborn can alleviate their concerns by attending the free ThedaCare community presentation, “Does This Baby Come with a Handbook?”, led by Adam Olson, MD, with ThedaCare Physicians-Darboy.

The free educational program begins at 6:30 p.m. on Wed., Aug. 16, in the Ironwood Room at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Appleton.

Expecting parents can join Dr. Olson as he offers insights and answers to common questions and concerns in the first months with a newborn. Topics include: baby care, feeding and first visits with the doctor, as well as what to expect, when to worry, when to react and when to relax. A meet and greet opportunity with Dr. Olson will follow the informational session.
