  • About Me:

The most rewarding part of my job is working with patients to help them find ways to feel better. I help them understand the treatment options available for their medical conditions, which may include conventional medicines but also lifestyle medicine—nutrition, supplements, mind body practices, and other complementary approaches.

In addition to being board certified in internal medicine, I completed Andrew Weil’s integrative medicine training program at the University of Arizona. I enjoy the challenges of diagnosing and managing chronic medical illness, and I believe a holistic approach is best for those with chronic medical issues like migraines, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, and gastrointestinal disorders.

I grew up in Rhinelander and have lived in Oshkosh since 1999, practicing integrative medicine and urgent care.
