  • About Me:

I entered this field to help advocate for those who feel silenced, hurt, and affected in some way, and to be their co-pilot as they journey through the healing process. I take a collaborative and active approach when working with you.

Providing a safe space and a compassionate environment for everyone is of utmost importance to me, and allows for freedom of expression and exploration. I’ve served a wide variety of patients and clients, including those struggling with trauma (physical, sexual abuse, military sexual assault, and combat trauma), depression, anxiety and stress, sexuality, sexual orientation, bullying, substance abuse, and much more.

It is an absolute privilege to help others along their healing journeys and to aid each person along those paths through treatment and other therapeutic interventions.
