Radiology Job Shadowing

Due to the large amount of prospective radiography students applying for job shadows, ThedaCare School of Radiologic Technology has had to temporally suspend job shadows due to Covid-19. We will instead do a walkthrough of the radiology department and show you one of our clinical sites at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center as part of your interview if you meet school application criteria. ThedaCare School of Radiologic Technology will still use our job shadow application form for the walkthrough and must be submitted along with your school application. Documentation of vaccinations are required to be sent in along with your application. You can visit Wisconsin Immunization Records which is a free service where you can search for and print your results from the state database or you can request copies at your doctor’s office. Hand written dates will not be accepted. Email completed school application along with your shadow application to include vaccinations to You will be notified that we received the application within 48 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation of receipt of application email, please call Troy 920-454-6296 to let us know.

Upon review of application, applicants will be notified if they will be scheduled for an interview to include a walkthrough of the radiology department.
